If the 999 slots are ever all taken up then you will have to just share slots and unzip the desired set of scenarios to overwrite the others as needed.
So perhaps use slots say 900-998 as "swappable" scenario sets?.

I store my scenario collection with each scenario in it's own folder inside of a main folder. I have 998 slots open. I use Locate if I need to search something or my back up copy of SPWW2 if I need something else if Locate doesn't find it. Like my .pdf collection of ASL scenarios.
