This is a "
two fold" post, one it confirms the receipt by
UKRAINE of the
JAVELIN ATGW and two that the
SIPRI database has been updated and released through 1950 -
2018 (When the initial UN treaties for arms sales were ratified.). I
firmly standby the date as submitted based on the refs. as presented. Time period is from
2016 -2018 for the below.

The
FIREFINDER was much better than the Cell Phones they were using. The Russians "hacked" literally them to death and the Ukrainians suffered heavy losses in crews and artillery until they figured out what was happening.
