Actually - the multiplier is 6. For example: O2 breather: Tiny - 6, Small - 12, Medium - 18, Large - 24, Huge - 30. However - I thought that Huge - non-breathable held 6 pop. I've never seen a 5 pop in any of my games and I'm running 1.78 now as well. I know what the PlanetSize.txt says but reality isn't quite that - for some reason.
