DRG EDIT: The "defender leaves cover to take white v-hexes" has been resolved by making them Nation 1's flags to start. There is no reason I can think of for making them neutral at start but there are a couple of odd things about this one and 114 mainly that they appear to be identical aside from the neutral V hexes in 113 so I need to dig back to an old copy of the game to check this

DRG EDIT: I have made a note to check this over thoroughly in the fall when we start looking at the game again. I'm not sure if the campaign was built from the scenarios or the other way around but in the campaign, for the second battle the German side gets reinforcements that are not included in 114, and, as far as I can tell right now this scenario (114) appears to be identical to 113 aside from the V hex markers
