winSPMBT version 10.0 - 15.0 Consolidation patch (2021)

I was trying to download the latest patch (Opera, Windows 10) and the file wouldn't start download. I waited and waited and clicked on "click here if it doesn't start automatically" link. Again it never started. Then I right clicked and save link file as which started the download but stopped at 99%.
After that I tried Firefox and I got a warning message, screenshot attached. The download didn't start and finish till I accepted to allow it. Never seen this message before so...just letting you know that there might be an issue somewhere between your server and my computer. I am sure it's uber helpful.

EDIT: And I just checked there are other similar posts here. ok.
