WinSPMBT Version 17.0 Consolidation patch ( Released as WinSPMBT Version 10.0 - version 17.0 ) - April 2023

( the 2023 patch updates any version of WinSPMBT ver 10 and up to version 17.0 )

2 New Scenarios (there are now 534 scenarios included with winSPMBTv17)
35 Revised/Updated Scenarios
295 New or Revised OOB Photos
192 New or Revised vehicle/aircraft Icons
168 new picklist files
93 Updated OOB Files
40 New or Revised Icon files
101 New or Revised Text files

special NOTE:
USMC now uses 168 picklists to generate picks for the AI or if the player lets the AI pick for them
