24? You must have got only a single drop-kick in then.

Try using the throw button when you're surrounded.
You'll grab one guy, flip him over your shoulder, and then kick him towards the guys on the other side of you, bowling them all over

Plus, you get 49 points for the throw.

Also, there is a health potion past the first wall.
