Adding Races

In the unmodded game, the neutral shipset is in \Pictures\RaceGeneric , and their race portraits and some AI files are in \Pictures\RaceNeutral . The rest of their AI files are in \Ai .

I know this maynot work BUT how about adding 2 mods together as 1 like TDM and PvK's....or would that involve tweeking the I to much (have not done this)

Depends on which mods you're trying to combine; if they don't change the same Data files, it's fairly trivial, but if they both mod the same file, you're facing a lot of cut & paste editing.
