Fyron, do you really mean this? Or do you mean to limit it to the storage issue?

I too, believe it has no effect on the spaceport. Note that you do not need a spaceport to make a storage facility operative. In one game, I had a lone, tiny, domed planet with deadly conditions. I used it for storage with no problem... and no, I wasn't using Natural Merchants.
