Well, I for one am impressed with Shrapnel's service!

I ordered the game this Monday, the 15th, and I got a confirmation today that it has been shipped along with a UPS tracking number (for 2nd day air). I looked at the UPS page and they say it is scheduled for deliver tomorrow! YeeeHAAAA!

Am actually having some problems myself with getting my copy sent to Australia....been nearly 11 days since order placed....Been in contact with Richard who is hopefully goin to sort the problem out...(if there is one)

Well it did not arrive today,

Getting slighlty worried....over 7 days now, I never even got the UPS option eitehr USPS Postal (US-only) or Global USPS Flat rate :|
