I don't think he means taste hot, but temperature hot.
On a side note, if you don't like cold soups, you shouldn't try Borscht.

TerranC, Yeah I got Hot, meaning temperature, not taste.
And even if you like cold soups, you shouldn't try Borscht! Unless you love Beets!

I prefer my soups hot, too! It's OK, I'll just take the bowl of Vichyssoise and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes, and it will be perfect!  |
