Thnaks for the help everyone - it explains the problems I have been having. This intel stuff is more difficult than I thought! Only problem is I have a fleet of 33 Romulans ships ravaging my systems and closing in on my home world and I need to intel them as fast as i can. By the sounds of things this could take awhile!
