Yes, I agree; I talk to myself a lot too - it helps me think. People do give me strange looks from time to time though.

Well, talking to oneself is OK so long as you don't receive answers from "out there" when no human around you has really answered. (Hmm, or is that a good thing?...) Anyway, that rarely happens.

People who are alone a lot tend to talk to themselves more.

If I for example search for Engineers in the Last 5 days i get alot of answers from the LURK thread but I don't find any Posts there.

This forum's search engine is quirky, even by search engine standards. It often takes me two or three guesses to coax it into finding a thread that I know is here somewhere.

To keep people from thinking your crazy when you talk to yourself, get a cell phone. Then you'll just be annoying.

One day, a cell phone will be miniaturized to fit in a tiny chip, and some people will have them implanted in their heads. When that happens, you won't know if someone is crazy or if they're talking on the phone.
