Yes, size matters. Bigger is better, but only up to a certain point. SE4g= 315 MB 6,341 files, 123 folders
Personal Mod SE4's
SE4c= 281 MB 6,644 files, 92 folders (I keep this one for refrence only as I work on the gold Version)
SE4g= 319 MB 7,013 files/ 98 folders

Finally extra races that I keep in a seperate directory:
Races= 68.2 MB 2,910 files/ 31 folders.

That's all folks. Not much but it is getting the job done for me.
