OT- The Two Towers Spoiler

December is a big movie month this year isn't it? I'm looking forward to seeing the Two Towers and Nemesis for sure, and maybe Catch Me If You Can cause I like Tom Hanks.

No offense taken by me. Like Harry Potter is the ONLY thing about which I've ever been called "stupid" or my tastes lacking.

I like the look of Nemesis, and as that's my birthday, I hope to see it at some point around then. And naturally, I'm all about getting to see Two Towers on opening day. Should be able to avoid some of work that day to go see it.

I think they've trashed the Enterprise so often in the Star Trek movies it's getting ridiculous.

There's another action movie coming out in December, I think, that looks big on the imagery, gratuitous explosions, violence and mayhem. My kind of movie.

Now one really must wonder how original Star Wars was after reading these books.

Vader is Lukes father, and now..... Froto (sp) or is it Fruito????

Ok, then the Elf hotty must be his sister then while the Kings great grandson, to the 10th power, must be Han Solo.... (Wheres the Falcon?)

If that is the case, then Ben Obi Won (one?) bought the farm in the first film. How many arrows did it take?????

So who's the Emperor??? Gandolph? (Sp)

And regarding Nemisis, I can post a spoiler for you, but I think its best that you see the movie. It is no Insurrection. (Made too look full of battles and stuff only to be nothing more than a feel good flick)

The Marina rule does apply here.

What kind of spoiler is it? A special person in the show, something special happening on the ship? If so I might know what you're talking about. If not then don't tell me.

They sure don't build 'em like they used to. Back in Scotty's day, they'd take horrendous amounts of damage while saving the galaxy, and still be salvagable...

Now, they seem to be going through starships like dirty diapers.

I liked the Harry Potter books as well; I usually alternate between "light" sci-fi/fantasy and "serious" sci-fi/fantasy. Too many serious things in a row depresses me...

As for the "other" action movie coming out, you're probably thinking of "Equilibrium" (which opens today, I think...)
