Now remember these are for the default ai. What these files do is raise the requirement to colonize a planet as a mining planet. It also leaves room on the larger planets so upgrades and later\better facilities and can still fit on the ai's older planets. With the vacant space this doesn't hinder the ai's production from what I have seen. And the reason why people haven't made changes yet is because they are in the process right now or they are waiting for the next patch. I would like to hear what you think of these files.
