I cant connect either it says "connection failed"...

I can't connect in either of Soapy's games so I'm guessing he's having some server issues.

I didn't know to delete the previous game file after I reloaded the correct pretender. Once I did that I actually had the correct pretender and I was even playing CW

So, I believe we are good to go.

Up again. Server rebooted in the afternoon sometime.

My first turn staled even though I reviewed it after the latest restart - Did this happen to anyone else?

When we do a restart like that, make sure you delete your game folder beofre you connect again. Otherwise you will have problems...

I can roll the server back to turn 1 if it is a critical problem.

i also has a stall
it looked like my turn was done, but i did not delete my old directory
didn't know i had to.

Aye it is cursed. Turns out I staled too. If this is a universal phenomenon, then we could try rolling back?

Although I am perfectly willing not to rollback... it might be better if we did not.

Anyway, staling the first turn does not seem to me to be the most critcal of events.
