its easy, just 'turn off' the weapons you don't want to shoot first...

by default, they are all highlighted blue
try clicking the individual weapons to turn them off

then, you can reselect that ship and fire at another ship

frankly, you shouldnt use tactical combat tho, since its totally unfair to the computer

and it wont make you a good se4 pbw gamer either
