Re: Strange Battle
I'd imagine a huge explosion to be completely unresistable...
OK, so fire can touch me, but the bLast ought to atleast leave a mark...
A sad example would be firefighters, there are those fire-proof clothes they wear, but they are kinda useless when the whole house explodes on you...

Re: Strange Battle
Endolopez, you are correct. The turn has not hosted in the game as yet so I looked at the battle again. That is the mage in question up near the Grotesque. Apparently, a mage can come back from PP as long as he is below 100 fatugue when he dies.
He was at 142 fatigue after ressurection. Five of my devils surrounded him and killed him for good the second time. My fire-immune devils also took damage in the scond explosion and they all got several afflictions each.
Thanks everybody for your help on this. But I do have to wonder if I will ever have enough time to learn even 25% of this game before Dom 3 comes out.

Re: Strange Battle
Wonder if you want, my guess is no.
Really, I am playing SP Abysia myself, and I have tried out lots of interesting things. And recently I got some interesting toys, certain Troll Warrior with his bud, Troll Archer fell to my Hellbind Hearting group of bloodhunters...
I will see how my charmer-Golem works out. The idea is to have some archers, some tough units just-in-case, and the Golem in the frontline. He will cast some protection spells and then Charm from the Crown of Overmight, the idea being that he will charm whole armies that will be unable to hurt him through luck, body etherel and awesome protection.

Agreed. I was still having alot of fun exploring Dom1 after years of owning it, when Dom2 came out. I fully expect to still be experimenting with Dom2 when Dom3 releases. I sincerely hope then can keep this up until the day I am in an old folks home too weak to get out of bed but strapped into a matrix. I AM the Lord of the Wild!!!

Wow, cool luck. The most fun I had with hellbinders is when I ended up with 3 prophets at the same time.
