How do you move planets?

ISTR that being able to move planets was a bug in one of the early versions, but I don't know how it was done.

You moved into the sector with the planet then fleeted it. I think movement was limited to 1 sector/turn or some other such slow rate.

The way it was done was to send a tectonic bomb ship in.

Order it to blow up the planet and them move somewhere.
The rubble appears where the ship ends its turn.

Combined with a warppoint highway network, it didn't take long to move them all.
