The cult has only recently became powerful so the influence is covert. It uses existing sects as a power base, and they aren't very strong in priestly magic to begin with. I didn't say the whole nation is fanatic. Maybe I should have explained the finer points of the cult's doctrine, but I didn't think people would be interested in that.
As for style, you choose your own tactics and strategy as with any other nation. Why would I impose a singular style of play?
