Excuse me but what are these "primary weapons" that can target missiles ???I am going to mull this one over. You send in Fighters at the same combat speed as your Ships and the enemy ships fire at them before they fire at your ships. Yes I think that's it. Plus your fighters are designed to take punishment so that some do survive the the point defense weapons.Aah ! Fighters, yes it is a different matter. Massed up fighter stacks traveling with the same speed as ships can be a killer setup. Your opponent MUST set "do not fire on fighters = true" But then he must overload ships with PDC and watch out for heavy beams ships behind.

If you build a value improvement plant on a planet with some resource value already greater than 255% (because you want to increase the % of another resource, obviously), that high resouce will be decreased down to 255% by the value improvement plant.
