Re: winSPMBT V11 upgrade for 2017
I have DL'd the patches to test this out and the only issue I had was it went so smooth I thought it wasn't running so I clicked on it again and next thing I know I had two of them.
I'm running the most up to date win10, Google Chrome and McAfee. I reported this to Shrapnel and I was told they had one other report but that's all so it all depends on your OS, your browser and your anti-virus and maybe your internet supplier.

Have a good weekend.

Re: winSPMBT V11 upgrade for 2017
It is Windows 10 "SmartScreen" a Microsoft application that attempts to prevent Phishing attempts and Malware by checking the "Reputation" of the tested file's source - It is VERY unreliable and is ONLY a warning that the file you have selected will make changes to your PC and the source / producer of the file is unknown or not on a VERY small list of "reputable" providers.
If you know the source is reliable, and you have other security (anti-virus, anti-malware, etc) then just hit "Run anyway".
In the case of the patches I got the warnings but after saying "Run anyway" the installs were very fast and smooth.

Re: winSPMBT V11 upgrade for 2017
Well I got same message (I have Windows 10/Mozilla/Avast in my PC). No problem, I just pressed "x" thing in upper corner and installed ok as usual... Especially as I run Avast checking all my d/l'd files always before installing.

Re: winSPMBT V11 upgrade for 2017
Perhaps you guys should upgrade to a previous version of Windows. I don't know how you can trust that big brother edition of Windows.
Just my 2 cents.

Re: winSPMBT V11 upgrade for 2017
As scorpio said, this windows 10 smartscreen is very inconsistent. I got the warning for this patch, but it installed fine once I found the "run anyway" option, but I haven't seen this warning with the earlier patches.
With another program, I was downloading a series of add-ons from the same website, and some triggered this smartscreen warning, and some didn't. I figure this is just another microsoft idea to make life easier (have you had your outlook email "upgraded" to the focussed / other look yet?), and it's probably a good idea for the casual computer user, but it sort of gets in the way for the rest of us.
Kudos for this latest upgrade.

Re: winSPMBT V11 upgrade for 2017
There is no reason why the OS wouldn't work with the game.......the computer that was made for it might have a hard time processing everything we have added though......not to mention that the amount of space required likely exceeds most HDD that win95 machines were sold with.
But is anyone IS running one of these game on an old computer and OS I'd love to hear how it's doing.

Why was US JLTV not included in v11?
