And ya it is just a stupid little game but what else better do you have to do for five minutes after 10:00 at night... Its a cheap distraction that a few folks, not me or GJ, really take all that seriously. But we do enjoy playing the game. That being said, so do a lot of other folks.

To me it wouldn't really matter Peace mode or War mode. But CN is just as much about politics as it is war. If you weren't conspiring, maybe you should have been. Either way it's just a game,

Well, it looks like the dust has settled. The WP is down to ten remaining members, and nobody seems to want to step up as the new official leader. Somebody (Jraenar, I think) suggested we become a "pure" democracy.

The Wolfpack appears to have been distracted by a major war with at least two bigger alliances than us.

I go 1 day without checking my nation and two guys from brown alliance, each with twice my nation strength pummel me into oblivion.

I already was quitting travian, so there's no point in maintaining this either. I was enjoying myself this time around too. ah well.

Hmmm, well...

I too have been attacked by not 2, but 3(!) guys from Brown alliance, all from OTF Alliance. All of them about 2x my nation strength...very brave of them, I thought...

Specific nation names: Bren24_OTF (he won one battle, I won another), BainyOTF (I won both battles), Replicant Nation (he won both battles).

Time to hit 'em back...and likely get blown to oblivion.

Also, FYI: today I logged in to two new messages. At first I thought I was attacked, but it turns out that the Wombat Protectorate now has two merger offers, one with NATO and one with Atlantis. I sent them both the same response:

In case anyone decides they would like to take up either offer, the NATO guy is Zamboanga,
and the Atlantis guy is Virillus, and since I basically told each to go ahead and recruit if they wanted... they'll probably send messages. Or you can message first if interested.

I am going to be declaring on these punks though... yet, I am surprised it took this long for someone to decide to take us on

The Wombat Protectorate had its first interalliance war back on June 29. (As I post this, that was 12-13 pages ago in this thread.)

I have reached an agreement with the OTF Alliance members for a cessation of hositilities between our two alliances. As such, I'm making peace with the ones I was at war with, and (part of the terms of the peace) is for the rest of the Wombat Protectorate to declare peace with the OTF Alliance members. I hope this wasn't too presumptuous of me, but I also hope you do make peace with them
