Probably the allure of women who can be like a foot taller than you with legs that go on for miles. Fair enough, since I know enough caucasian guys who have 'yellow fever' (= dig asian chicks).

I do like Japanese entertainment, though... I practically grew up on Star Blazers and Speed Racer. I just hope they don't overcrowd those little islands of theirs and start plunging into the sea.

I suppose that's what arcologies are for.
