OT-A bug with the forum instant emotion icons?

I couldn't find any better place to post this, so here it is. Whenever I try to put one of these in, it ALWAYS gets added to the end of the message, even if the curser is somewhere in the middle. Is it supposed to work like that, or is it just my computer?

Wierd. I experienced some trouble with the smilies on Opera 5.12. Have yet to try them on Opera 6 (not on this machine).

Have you tried typing them manually?

That's how I have to do it if I want to add them to the middle of a post. If I add them as I type, then all is well (because I would be adding them to the what is currently the end of the post anyway). But if I type three paragraphs, then decide that I wanted an emotion icon at the end of that first paragraph up there, then I have to add them manually. Otherwise, I get the icon at the end of the 3rd paragraph.

Works the same for me. Kind of freaked me out when I carefully put my cursor where I wanted the icon to go and clicked the icon but got nothing. Then I realized it went to the end. My guess is that when you click on the icon, the edit box loses focus and it forgets where your cursor was.
