OT - Looking for a war game

Quite a few months ago, there was a thread or a discussion in a thread about wargames. There was talk about a war game that one could download, but that was over 400 MB. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of this game. But there can't be too many games of that size out there available to download for free. Can someone provide me a link to this game? I'd appreciate it.
