Where can i find the mod launcher please ?

I believe it is on the Space Empires IV Gold CD under extras. Matryxs Mod Launcher or something.

Edit: Lol, i did a search for the Last time this question was asked to find the Mod Launcher thread link. It was me who had posted the link then as well!!!
