Hi,

My 10 year old son would like to play but doesn't quite have a handle on all the detail. So I looked up some cheats and found the "money" cheat but we can't get it to work.

We go to the "empire status" screen and hold down "ctrl" and type "money" but we don't get anything. I'm using Version 1.11, any ideas or help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about this I think you have to enable cheats at game setup under mechanics. I don't cheat so I don't know.

Yup, your right, thanks for reminding me. I keep it off as well. My son wanted to play a game that I had already started since I already had several ships and planets, but we'll have to start one for him from scratch.
