size restriction on "scenario/mod" board?

Does anyone here know if there is a size restriction for files over on the scenario/mod board? I spent a couple hours making some new sounds for the game and thought I might post them for you all to check out. The zip file is about 1.5 meg though and I don't know if thats too big for this board.
Some of the ones that I didn't care for were the interface sounds, point defence, create storm, and the explosions. I haven't created replacements for all the sounds, just 12 or 14.

I'm going to check with some of the webmasters for various SE4 sites to see if its something they would want to host. If any of you are hanging around, drop me a note.
