Default I would like to know

I would like to know how many copies of SE IV MM and Shrapnel sold so far. Wouldn't any of you like to know as well? I mean, we all appear to love the game, and it has a very popular following on other forums as well, but no clear indication of how many people have bought the game.

And another thing, if its a great seller, and I am sure it is, then why not sell it like serria did. You know, selling Shrapnel games in stores. Serria made it big off of selling great small games.

If the Internet sales are good, then bulk selling it in stores would be a very logical next step. Come on, word of mouth can only go so far. Time to hike the anti a bit, boost the sales and promote the game in megazines and such. Get people interested in it.

To be honest, it made me rather mad that SE IV was not mentioned in any of the PC game magazines. I mean this game is hot, and all it gets is a cold shoulder from the establishment. That really bites.

Helk, I am thinking about buying another copy as a back up incase my current disk ever gets damaged. (don't believe in pirating at all. That just undermines any future projects in my opinion)

Would someone from MM or Shrapnel release info on how many copies have been sold? Please.....

That's only because the magazines haven't put the reviews in. We sent out well over 75 copies of the game out to various websites and magazines in almost every continent in the world.

One thing to consider is the crush of the holidays. Most mags and websites have far too many games to review in a little amount of time.

As far as retail sales we have plans to do that as well but not until we find a good deal that will help MM and us as a lot of publishers/distributors will really hide stuff in contracts to try to rip you off.

Thanks for the info. I know that most sites that have reviewed the game have given it fantastic reviews.

I hate lawyers too. Correction, I do not hate lawyers persay, but rather the legal double talk that they like to incorperate in just about every document they right.

I hope you all find a good deal and get SE IV and your other games out on the market in mass someday. I know you will, and I hope that day is soon.
