MOD question

Greetings,

I am playing with the data files to try to understand better this game. I can say that I learned a great deal on the mechanics of the game.

When you start a game, you have 100,000 research points "in bank". Is it configured in one of those files or is it hard coded?

It is hardcoded but it may change with the game beginning option (ressource at start or something like this)
