Scenariolist for WinSPMBT

Attached you'll find a spreadsheet with all (AFAIK) on the net available scenario's and campaigns for SPMBT.

All 'linkless' scenarios come with WinSPMBT or will be published in the coming weeks. All other scenarios are linked to the places they can be downloaded.

Items to be found in this new list are:
- Scenario- or Campaigntitle
- Designer
- Designer Abbreviation
- Year
- Opponents
- Theater
- Country
- Location
- SPMBT Version
- Scen/Campaign Indicator
- Sort of game: Normal/PBEM/H2H
