For example, teleportation can be used to move boarding troops to an enemy ship or transfer mines to space faster!

I had intended to make bording torpedos as seen in SpaceHulk at one time, but as I recall the boarding action will not work as a ranged weapon. I presume with your teleport troops you are planning on doing a direct fire ship capture component.

I am pretty sure this only works with PSI and not with the boarding parties, IE you must have crew quarters on the target and you bypass shields / security / self destruct.

Captain Spoogy Sez:

Teleportation would improve the strength of the boarding party as they could be transported to more parts of the ship easily.

For mines and satellites - it could allow more mines and satellites to be released.

As well, teleportation can be applied to mining and radioactive extraction - in some kind of particle fountain that can extract more resources faster.

They will be included in the Spoogy Universe Package.
