Computer Combat/Virus
Will the Computer Combat/Virus platform bypass armor? I know the shields have to be down, but I was unsure about the armor portion.
Thanks for any help

Re: Computer Combat/Virus
All Only XYZ bypass armour, and all of them, Only Engines excepted, should bypass shields.

Re: Computer Combat/Virus
Anything that does specific damage (Only Shields, only Boarding Parties, only Shield Generators...) will skip both armour and shields. The only exception to that rule is the Only Engines damage type: that one is stopped by shields (with the 1.84 patch or better).

Re: Computer Combat/Virus
Some other Only X types, such as Only Boarding Parties and Only Security Stations, do not skip shields. These are not used in the stock game, however.
