It may be done...

But only for Human vs human. The scenario would be : a group of outlaws attacks a bank and must go away to other country. But police vehicles and police helicos track them...

The probleme is : now, I want to create only mod that are playable with IA.

Here is a little demo of the work in progress for STEEL FIRE (Sound don't work actually)
The "readme" is in french, sorry. I will try to translate it later.

Steel_Fire_Demo (Work in progress)

Units, vehicles, materials,Helicopters, airplanes,etc... are that is used in France against fire.

The two OOB you have to use are "Green"(Firemen) and "Red"(Fire). The date must be : OCTOBER 2015

There are no scenario for the moment. The "units" may be bought only in Misc. Screen for the both players

If some american player interrested in modding want to adapt this mod to Us Materials, vehicles, planes, etc..., I can give him the files of my icons in .bmp format
