The Pirate mod, an excellent idea that suicide_junkie has done a lot of work on. Plus a lot of other stuff, ramblings, suggestions etc.

Only the Last few Posts are of any real interest. If you want to know the history, then you'd read the whole thing.

Two pages are all you need to get a good idea of what its about.
(The first page, for background on what it means to be a pirate, and the Last page, to see the latest changes & download the latest Version)

And don't worry about posting something that has come up before. Nobody expects you to read (or remember) every thing that occured. Post suggestions, they're all welcome!
