MM could you create an AI intelligence file?

In my experience the AI research file works quite well. Given the similarities of the research and intelligence points allocation to specific projects I wonder if MM could create an AI intelligence file. There you could instruct which intelligence projects the AI would use. So you might have races that use only defensive counter intelligence, others would concentrate on planet sabotage and so on.

That's a good idea - although I personally think the intelligence in the game is too strong...

I my game, theres two superpowers that I know of, the Phong and Jreanar, fighting a war. My little two-system empire has enough Intel (three large breathables with full intel facils) to block all their attacks, but none of my "friends" are able to stop the big guys from comm mimiking and so everybody is at war with everybody else.

I just can't make any alliances with all the false Messages swirling around
