				 Re: A request for a better Linux installer 
 The installer is now an executable .run file and it asks you for the game directory, and then for the binary directory. I chose
 /usr/local/games/dominions3
 /usr/local/bin
 
 The only thing I didnt like was that I did it as root and had to do a chown to nobody.games
 
 At least thats how it worked for me but I installed it with a --textonly switch (--textmode? I can never remember which) so I cant tell you what it installed like if you install under gnome or some other xwindows gui
 
 There is also instructions in the readme file that explains how to install it manually by copy commands if there is a hangup
