SP: Save game and quit behaviour
Imagine yourself in the following situation:
It is late at night, you are tired and you have to get up early in the morning. You are sitting in front of a computer, just playing a single-player Dom3 (or Dom2) game.
What will you do now?
This poll is meant to enlive and amuse, nevertheless answer truly according to what you mostly do. Note that answer e) is meant to apply to anyone who has no particular prevailing dominions abandoning behaviour. I myself always only manage option b), but I don't know why and I wonder what this tells about me, and whether there are others out there just like me...?!

Re: SP: Save game and quit behaviour
I tend to manage e most times, the problem for me is actually getting to the point where i will quit (decide to quit. tell everyone i will quit. quit 20ish turns later is common for me)

Re: SP: Save game and quit behaviour
I voted for C, because that's what I think I'd choose. As with Shovah, that might not be what I end up doing.

Re: SP: Save game and quit behaviour
I always hit 'E' and curse because I didn't issue orders and wanted to quit out, and instead processed a turn because SP and MP behavior on 'e' is different.

Mostly c.
Finish the turn, host, then check the results. Maybe do a couple things I either noticed or planned on, so I don't forget, then quit.

Re: SP: Save game and quit behaviour
I voted "c", though actually I hit e, peek briefly at the results, play one more turn, then hit e again, peek briefly at the results, and typically quit after saving since I'll have done a few things already (like putting some PD to newly conquered provinces).

Re: SP: Save game and quit behaviour
I voted for 'e'.
That doesn't mean I don't get that Just One More Turn Syndrom, just that I usually immideatly quite as soon as I decide to (maybe because if I don't quit right then I won't be able to quit at all )

Re: SP: Save game and quit behaviour
I voted for 'b', but it doesn't exactly fit. After 15 or so "one more turn"s I end the turn, turn off the monitor and go to bed. When I wake up, I just turn the monitor back on and examine the results while waiting for the coffee to finish brewing.

Exactly! That is why I am so grateful that after each turn processing there is a menu giving me the choice between the nation and exit...
