This is the old Battle Simulator map but its been updated abit for Dom3.

Something I find interesting is that the test battle it downloads with, Ulm vs Pangaea, now comes out in Pangaeas favor much more often than it did with Dom2.
You start an Era 1 game on Mini map.
You select Human Arcos
and Human Ermor
just hit OK on everything after that (it will give you a god and name it etc etc)
You send the two test armies at the same empty neutral province then watch the results. Starting another game allow you to try different scripting instructions. Editing the .map file lets you try different armies, equipment, experience levels. Having it in the .map commands lets you try the exact same setup over and over.
