OT: Railroad Pioneer patch

I bought the above game shortly before my ole computer crapped out on me. I've installed it on my "new" computer, and it won't run. According to the hardware requirements, it should. I was wandering if someone has a patch for the US version. The only one I can find is a patch for the German version. I know this game is a couple of years old, but surely there are some other players with a love of trains in their heart who may have bought this game and have the latest patch. If so, please let me know. Thanks.

After doing some searching it seems the german patch was included in the US release which is why you cannot find it. Also it seems like you shouldn't be counting on another patch.
