Wanted: a small change to Pangaea MA
any bored or nice person that can mod want to do a simple (i hope)request for me?
I would like to substitute the dryad hoplite for the white centaur as the MA Pangaea sacred unit, and also have the starting commander be the Ramshead hero that can lead 120 men.

Re: Wanted: a small change to Pangaea MA
This is something that someone who has never even played a mod should be able to make using the modding manual, although obviously a modding veteran could do it much quicker.
I suggest you have a go at doing it yourself - we're here to help if you have any questions.

Ok, I will give it a go!
I was more afraid of corrupting the game, but i guess if that happens it is only 10 minutes to uninstall and reload it.
I will take a look at the modding manual.

Actually when you load a mod it changes the game. You cant really hurt the game itself. Unloading the mod fized things back.
In fact, you can load different mods for different games you are in.

Re: Wanted: a small change to Pangaea MA
Replacing one unit is actually a pain.
You have to clear the entire recruitment, and then put everything back.
Just giving the dryad hoplite (thus, in addition to the white centaur) would be much easier.
Alternatively, you could replace the white centaur unit with a unit that is an exact copy of the dryad hoplite (by selecting and modifying the unit.)

Re: Wanted: a small change to Pangaea MA
Yeah if you replace the white centaur entirely it's not a pain. You can just do this -
#selectmonster (number of the W.centaur)
#copystats (number of the dryad hoplite)
#copyspr (number of the dryad hoplite)
#end
But if you want to do it without changing the white centaur it's a bit harder.
