I want a blitz game. Now. ASAP.
Title says it all. I would like to play a small, 2-4 player game where we could all play through the night and into tommorrow. Interested? PM me.

I'm not sure what map you are thinking that would make for that long of game for 2-4 players, but I think it would have to be rather huge. Nonetheless, sounds like fun, if it were the weekend I would be strongly tempted.

I think the IRC channel is the place to find people for blitzes.

You clearly have no idea how things work around here. For a request like this it takes the following: a bold and unsubstantiated statement in the main forum. Don't go too easy on that caps lock to attract more attention. You then have to defend your statement against critique from the rest of the "pack". Don't worry, since it was unsubstantiated from the beginning you can pick out and reply only to those parts of the replies that you like. In any case, you need to stick to your statement. After six or so pages of adhering to these ritual standards, you will have proven yourself, as not being insightful unless compelled by force. You can then state that to prove your statement, you will demonstrate it in a blitz game. Just pick one of the many blitz games that will get offered to you and play as much you want. The end.

Re: I want a blitz game. Now. ASAP.
If you're on windows, type "mIRC" into google - slightly annoying shareware, but it works.
If you're running a real OS, just type "irc" into a command prompt.
type:
/server gamesurge
/join #dominions
And you're ready to start trading exploits, credit card numbers and kiddie pr0n like everyone else on IRC.
You may be prompted to fill in various info - don't use your real name, DO use your forum handle as your irc nickname.
Enjoy.

Re: I want a blitz game. Now. ASAP.
I fired up the old Irc and talked a bit to a couple guys about general strat. Good tool that.
Maybe I SHOULD get some people pissed at me so they can fall all over themselves to hand me my *** in a blitz. Then I can ask em how I did it. Best way to learn is to be beaten soundly after all

There's probably a good chance you can get a blitz going during the weekend. Check in the IRC room on Saturday.

As a side note, MIRC isn't your only option for windows. Pidgin's open-source and nag-free.
