It seems it is no longer possible to simultaneously view all pages in a long thread.
I found it very useful to do a 'view all' in order to search in a single long thread. Does the new forum have some way of 'View all' that I'm just not seeing? Or some way to dump all the posts in a thread to a text file that I can search?

Mindi, thanks. I think perhaps the thread search could help better if it was designed so that it hilited the search text rather than just presented the first line of text in the matching posts.
Here's an example: I wanted to search the 'New Board - Props and Slops' thread for width, because I still can't figure out how to change my default screen width in the forums.
But I get as a result 10 links to posts, each of which I have to click on individually to see what they're talking about in regard to 'width'.

If you search a forum, then you can change the result mode from "Threads" to "Posts" in Advanced Search for a little preview. This is missing in the Advanced Search feature for threads, somehow.
Thanks lch, but the Thread search defaults to the "Posts" mode already.
The "Posts" mode results don't display any of the search text unless it's coincidentally on the first line of the post.

I've yet to find a way with vb to allow 'view all' when it comes to a thread, but you can view up to fifty at a time by going to your user cp, edit options, thread display options, and then change the
