Substitute nation needed

I'm thinking about building a scenario based on the July 2002 conflict between Spain and Marocco. A 'what if' the conflict had escalated and Maroccoo had more than just two handful of soldiers to defend the island.

Spain has their own OOB, but what country could I use as a substitute for Marocco? Or did I just miss it?

Looking at the list of equipment given for them at:

I would probably use the Green faction to represent Moroccans, they seem to have a lot of the right kit and seem to be generally fine for representing various factions with mainly western armament.

In any case, I presume that you mainly need various infantry, plus perhaps some patrol boats, helicopters and/or airstrikes, so the ground vehicles on the TOE probably won't matter.

Yes, I mostly need the infantry and Green indeed seems to be an adequate representation.
