EA Lanka - perm sub needed

I am looking for a perm sub in MadWar http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=40287 for EA Lanka. He is in a decent position [could be better] - probably top3 [after Hinnom and Helheim], currently at war with Yomi [winning it, so you'd just have to finish him off]. Lanka is not my favourite nation and that game is not the most interesting around, so I'd prefer to give Lanka to someone who really likes them.
