AT Rifles WH size

Why are all AT rifles wharhead size 2?why not size 1?

original SSI Code issue AFAIR. Have always been that way. Same as they always have a HEAT value for use in infantry assault.

If you make ATR WH 1 strange things happen AFAIR. Cannot recall what, but if you want to experiment with it you will likely soon find out.

Just played around, accuracy really decreased, chance of kill also decreased, i've dealt 12 points of damage to a pzIIIl with PTRS, 1-2-3 shots "rule" starts to apply
