PBEM Campaign - Repair points query

Can anyone advise me as to how repair points are awarded at the end of a game?

As I understand it, the winner is awarded more repair points: but how is "winner" defined? Is it on the basis of the end-game awards of Draw, Marginal or Decisive Victory/Defeat, or simply who scored the most points?

And what is the differential between the two awards?

As I'm in 3 PBEM Campaigns at the moment, I'm a little curious.

You are the winner of the game if you have scored a marginal or decisive victory over your opponent.

So for a Draw, as per the "official" end-game result, we get the same level of repair points?

Yes. The same percentage of your core value, each.

If both your cores were worth exactly the same points value at that point in the campaign, you would both get exactly the same points.
