Beardaxe isn't looking for a sub for MA Arcoscephale

It seems like the original player came back.

Game: Beardaxe
Map: Asia Twist with ports
Players: 19
Mods: CBM 1.41

Arcoscephale has had average success so far, but because the game is still in the earlymid game (turn 17), there's a lot of potential for this nation and weak neighbours to build an empire upon.
